Words cannot describe how uncomfortable this person, who is now bullying me and stalking me, makes me feel She is a nurse and she is invading my medical privacy She is lying and stating that I for some random reason gave her permission under HIPAA to access my medical information,
which is the polar opposite of what I told her! She simply rented a beach house from me! At a flea motel rate that I graciously gave her when she refused to offer more! Does this give her permission to access my medical records? Have I ever been a patient of hers? Absolutely not! I have documents in writing which state that I absolutely forbid her from accessing my private medical information That is none of her business! Yet she is lying and claiming that I gave her permission! I have been advised by the Oregon State Nursing Board to file a complaint I am refraining from doing so provided that she stops harassing me and stalking me I rented her a beach house which had a couple of smudges on the windows, some defrosting to be done in the freezer, and a couple of crumbs left behind on the counter A house in an incredible beachside location with every amenity working properly in the house, stunning 180-degree ocean views, and with fantastic amenities that should bring in at least triple what she paid! I paid taxes, cleaning fees, and hot tub fees directly from my own pocket I gave her a discount that quite frankly nobody would for a house like mine She has no sense of basic common human decency and certainly no capability for gratitude at all She refused having my housekeeper come back to take care of her nitpicking my house apart, stating that she doesn't want to "manage" him I manage him! I gave her as much time in the house as she wanted, even a third night free, but she refused all attempts to make her happy I do not think she is capable of being happy, let alone grateful or humble This person outrageously lying about a HIPAA release, which is exactly contradictory to her Hippocratic Oath and restrictions of her profession, expressly forbidden by me to her in direct text messages, and her stalking me and my family members, are grounds enough for me to go after her At this point, all I want is for her to cease and desist and stop stalking and harassing me She clearly wants to hurt me, but I will not engage I will simply defend myself I do not deserve her outrageous attacksShe needs to find another target for releasing her unhappiness and anger
