I am sorry that you have not received ityou are correct, this would be much easier if we would have done this in DecemberThe only thing we can do now is try to move forwardI have attached a letter from our bank showing the the funds have been sent overIf this is not satisfactory, please let us know what solution you would like to proposeThanks?

Under our terms and conditions we have days to process a refund? Consumer signed and acknowledged this procedure? We hired enough instructors to complete the job just not in their timeframe? Typically this takes to days to complete? We have processed and sent them a refund in full for $? Usually we keep a $processing fee, but in this case, we refunded the full amount

She did not receive a confirmation e-mail because she did not provide us with a correct e-mail addressWe have it clearly stated on our website where we are locatedThey went to an old address and that is why they were lateWe understood and were willing to reschedule them at no additional cost We have always been willing to work with her until she yelled at us and started using profanityWe told her that if she would like to speak to us in an appropriate manner then we would continue to work with herAt this point we are still willing to give her the drive test

We are sorry for any inconveniences this has causedWe understand why you are frustratedThere are several reasons that it has taken so long to receive a refund, but non of those reasons will undo the current frustrations you are having with ODECI will tell you that several steps have been made to correct these issues so that future customers do not have the same experience I have attached a bank document that shows that we did attempt to give a full refund almost a month agoUnfortunately it was sent to the wrong addressWe found this out yesterday and immediately sent out another checkAt this point we would have just issued it back on the card but the CC info was gone from our system because of the length of time since the original purchaseOnce again we apologize for the lack of communication on our end

The following is an email that was previously sent to Mr***Good Morning, ? Thank you for contacting us with your concerns, we do appreciate feedback from all clientsWe apologize that you feel that your test results were unfairHowever, after further review of the examiner’s reasons for failing you, we agree that he is in line with the DMV drive test standards, which we will explain belowPlease note that an average of 80% of those who test with us do passOur scores are not based on favoritism, but on the rules outlined by the DMVAs your score is explained below, please keep in mind that one markdown is equal to points, and the drive tests are same for every person in the area.? ? Though you may have checked your blind spot at times, you didn't check your left blind spots going into the left turn lanesNot only did you not check the blind spots, but a few of the times you moved into the left turn lane, you didn't check your left mirrorThere are "Designated Left Turns" on every DVM drive test in Oregon and therefore you were marked down three times on this one aspect of driving ? Two times you stopped too close to the car in front of himWe actually don't look for those testing to be "one car length away", but enough space to maneuver around the car if they stalledIt does state in the DVM drive manual that should be able to see the tires of the car in front of you when stoppedThat is usually around one car lengthOn the evaluation given, it was added in the recommendations to you to leave space of one car lengthYou were marked down twice for stopping within feet of the car in front of you during the test? You were also marked down for stopping in the crosswalkEven if there are no markings on the road, you have to stop before the area where pedestrians would walk when they exit the sidewalk? You were marked down twice for turning on the designated turnsOne left turn, you turned too short and went over the double solid yellow lines that separates the traffic moving in the opposite directionThe mark down was for turning too fast on a right turn.? ? After parking along the curb when backing up, you did not look out the back windowAnd when you went back into the road from the parked position, you did not check the blind spot before moving onto the road, you only checked the side mirror ? You were marked down twice in the residential neighborhood for two thingsBefore turning you came close to a stopped position or stopped multiple timesYielding is the correct thing to do in these instances, but when you come close to a stop multiple times when there is no one to yield to, then you have a higher chance of being rear endedThe cars behind you are not expecting you to stopWhen you did turn in the neighborhood, you were turning too fast, which also made you turn too wideEven if there are no lines on the road, you still have to drive on the right side of the roadThere are some tight turns in the neighborhood and it's important to stay on the right because of the cars that could be coming around the corner from the other direction.? ? The above total things that you were marked down for, which gives a score of ? You have used the service and time offered and paid forTherefore, even though you disagree with the results, a refund is not approvedAdditionally, based on your inappropriate behavior and interaction with our office staff on the phone, we will not allow further testing with us ?
