Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:1) I took the driving class with ODTI through *** as a noncredit course. I do not get a grade for the course and I can provide doumentation from *** showing this 2) I have to pass the Oregon Drive Test since I am over regardless of how I do in the ODTI course and cannot waive out of it by getting a certificate of completion from ODTIOnly people under can waive out of the test by taking the ODTI course. http://www.pcc.edu/community/drive/3) I am also over 25, so my insurance rates are unaffected by taking Driver's Ed., which makes any certificate that ODTI can offer to me worthless. So I am not sure how I can pass or fail, regardless of what *** K*** or ODTI thinks or says I was only taking the course to improve at driving enough to pass the Oregon Driving TestI made this very clear to ODTI before registering for the course, and they said I would improve at driving. Most of the people I drove with after my first few lessons with ***, the ODTI instructor, said that my driving had gotten worse after taking lessons with *** Most people aid my driving had improved after taking lessons with other people None of these people knows *** or any of the other instructors As I had mentioned previously, I managed to pass the test after taking lessons with someone else. I am not sure why ODTI feels the need to insult me and imply inaccurate information about the process for obtaining an Oregon Driver's License ODTI refused to help me or even work with even though I had contacted them within months of my first class with regards to these problemsI have noted the time that I first contacted ODTI, and it was within months of my first class They could have easily fixed the matter by giving me a refund, offering me some free classes with another instructor, etc***, the GM, was extremely rude to me, yelled at me, and then hung up on me when I said that I would take the matter up with the Revdex.com and PCC Sincerely,*** ***

[redacted] was enrolled in the Fall Drivers Education Course at Wilson High School with the Instructor [redacted] completed the whole course both classroom hours (33 hours) and behind the wheel (12 hours) with no complaint or comment about the class. skills. [redacted] states on her final that she needs more time practicing before she can pass [redacted]. Our program is both ODOT and DMV approved and we have to go by the guidelines that they provide when it comes to passing and no passing. Our instructors are both ODOT and DMV certified and are required to go through an intensive 3+ month course. After 6 months went by since [redacted] started the course we received a phone call stating her concerns and complaints on the course material and [redacted] her instructor. We let [redacted] know that all material that we use is ODOT/DMV material and we use what the state uses for the course. We do not have our own textbooks or procedures on those things. She was concerned that [redacted] was teaching her the wrong material and demanding a refund for the course. Our policy states that if you let us know before the 2nd class that you would like to drop then you can for a full refund. If  at anytime during the course you are concerned or not happy with the course we are very happy to help and figure out what we can do to make the course better and a more enjoyable experience. Since we were not contacted until 6 months after [redacted] finished the whole course and got a certificate for insurance we can not give a refund. All complaints and concerns are noted on the instructors file and we go over the files with the instructors before every term (4 terms). At the end of the phone call [redacted] seemed satisfied with the answer and didn't call back.June 2015 [redacted] called us after 3 months since the last phone call. She threatened our company many times saying she was going to post bad reviews, complain to Revdex.com, and also [redacted] the company that handles all the billing. She stated her concerns for [redacted] again and threatened my General Manager on the phone saying that she was not doing her job and not taking action against [redacted]. We reviewed with [redacted] that the statement about refunds she read online is strictly for private lessons and not our full 11 week course. [redacted] was very mad on the phone and demanded a refund again. We can not give a refund to someone who has completed the entire 11 week course and also showed no concern till 6+ months after the course was finished. Again, we would have been happy to work with [redacted] on finding a solution if she has voiced her concerns during the course. [redacted] was informed the [redacted] was notified about the concerns and the action being taken so that another student does not have the same experience as [redacted]. All and all we would have been happy to help any customer with concerns they have if they let us know that they are going on. If we do not know of the concerns we can not take action. Since [redacted] did not let us know these concerns till 6 and 9 months after the course we did not offer a refund.
