We received the complaint and have addressed the issues raised by speaking with the customer Due to the quick expansion of our new and growing company, we moved locations in August and were unable to transfer our phone lines The Window Source team has been working diligently to contact all of our new and existing customers to give current contact information, as well as status updates of their pending jobs We can assure you that The Window Source is still in business and is working to bring South Eastern Wisconsin the best price for their remodeling projects!As of 10/2/2017, this customer has been contacted and updated with their project status and is satisfied with the current situation The project should be installed in a short time and we know that they will be happy with the results!
