ID: [redacted] Revdex.com,I, Carl W***, a small business owner of Cincy Custom Carts an authorized EZGO dealer where I have been in business since 2007, and I have sold over carts in my career, with no advertising through television or radio, take pride in my business and have always done my best to please my customers and keep my word and promises to every one of my customers. In response to Mr [redacted] letter of concern I would like to state what happened, going back a couple weeks prior my employee had sold a brand new EZGO Express on 2/10/to Mr [redacted] After picking the cart up and taking it home Mr [redacted] decided later he then wanted to add turn signals and seatbelts which we accommodated as quickly as we could to get him on the schedule Mr [redacted] dropped the cart off on 2/27/and we had completed the turn signals and the seat belts the same way we have on the hundreds of other carts we have doneWe completed the cart for Mr [redacted] within the same day he had dropped it off When Mr [redacted] picked up the cart, one of my employees went out side with Mr [redacted] to show him how the turn signals operated, nothing was mentioned by Mr [redacted] about being unhappy about where the turn signals or seatbelts were placed nor were there any signs of dissatisfaction coming from Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] left with the cart then later called and tried explaining he was not happy with where the turn signals were located, that they didn't look right where they wereMy employee stated she would have to speak with the owner and get back with him My employee then reached out to Mr [redacted] and tried to explain why they were located where they are and why we install them thereMr [redacted] didn't like the answer and made the comment of just fixing it or moving it up himself, then told my employee when he removed the cover he saw scratches, and he wasn't happy with the job While speaking back and forth with Mr [redacted] my employee reached out to Mr [redacted] asking what he wanted them to do to resolve the matters, then he replied, "You're the ones who did this you should be telling me what my options are." Not fully understanding what he was explaining or where the scratches were my employee asked him to send pictures over, so her and I, the owner could look at where the scratches were and see what the problem was Mr [redacted] was describing I then called Mr [redacted] back to explain that they are put on there tight and the only way they would really scratch like that is if trying to move them up and down, he continued to go on, so I offered him to come get a new steering wheel column, Mr [redacted] then replied, he would then have to pay someone else to do it, so I offered for him to bring it up that day we would put it on right then while he waited for it to be completed, all within the same dayStill not being satisfied he went on with threatening my business and making different statements on ruining my business As an owner of a small business which is committed to always doing what we promise to all customers in timely manner it is very frustrating, when a customer, one which your willing to give over and above attempt extortion. The next morning, I made another attempt to make Mr [redacted] satisfied, I had an employee reach out to Mr [redacted] offering to pick it up fix it and drop it off all in one day, not charging him at all, Mr [redacted] turned it down as well. Our company doesn't do any onsite servicing, nor do we do shipping of any parts As an authorized EZGO dealer I do not feel comfortable paying an unauthorized EZGO dealer to install an EZGO PART(Original document attached)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Again, if they are willing to pick up the cart from my home, take it to the shop, replace it, and then deliver it back to my house why wouldn't they be willing to drop the column and cover off at my house and then they don't have to do any work? Again this owner has told me that I am never to come into the store or call the store Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

done my best to please my customers and keep my word and promises to every one of my customers. In response to Mr. [redacted] letter of concern I would like to state what happened, going back a couple weeks prior my employee had sold a brand new EZGO Express 54 on 2/10/18 to Mr. [redacted].  After picking the cart up and taking it home Mr. [redacted] decided later he then wanted to add turn signals and seatbelts which we accommodated as quickly as we could to get him on the schedule.  Mr. [redacted] dropped the cart off on 2/27/18 and we had completed the turn signals and the seat belts the same way we have on the hundreds of other carts we have done. We completed the cart for Mr. [redacted] within the same day he had dropped it off.  When Mr. [redacted] picked up the cart, one of my employees went out side with Mr. [redacted] to show him how the turn signals operated, nothing was mentioned by Mr. [redacted] about being unhappy about where the turn signals or seatbelts were placed nor were there any signs of dissatisfaction coming from Mr. [redacted]. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The company has not addressed the issues of dispute. A few things stick out right away to me that Carl W[redacted] didn’t address. First I did not threaten his business or make statements about ruining his business. I told him that he shouldn’t treat his customers this way as he continued to scream at me and that I would be filing a complaint with both the Revdex.com and EZGO.  So I don’t call filing a complaint with Revdex.com or EZGO threatening his business or making statements to ruin his business. Also after I told him that I would be filing a complaint he stated he didn’t care who I filed a complaint with but now since I filed the complaint I’m trying threaten and ruin his business, doesn’t make sense. He states “As an owner of a small business which is committed to always doing what we promise to all customers in timely manner it is very frustrating, when a customer, one which your willing to give over and above attempt extortion.” I’m not extorting anything from him. I told him that I was going to file a complaint because he decided to scream at me and then kept tell me to come say it to his face that I was going to file the complaint and then we would see if a complaint go filed. If Carl W[redacted] actually cared about his customers he wouldn’t threaten them and I’m not the first. There are many reviews online that state the same issue, you don’t like the work or disagree with Carl W[redacted] and he becomes angry, has verbal altercations, and then aggressive towards customers. As far as the steering column goes Carl W[redacted] had no issue with giving me the steering column, a person who has never worked on a golf cart before, to install by myself when I spoke to him, he even stated this in his comment back to you. “I then called Mr. [redacted] back to explain that they are put on there tight and the only way they would really scratch like that is if trying to move them up and down, he continued to go on, so I offered him to come get a new steering wheel column, Mr. [redacted] then replied, he would then have to pay someone else to do it”. So if he was willing to give me a steering column and me do it myself, again have no experience doing this, why now does he say he doesn’t feel comfortable having an unauthorized EZGO dealer complete the work. Carl W[redacted] is not the only authorized dealer of EZGO near me. I have 4 within a 40 mile radius. Carl W[redacted] says they don’t ship parts but is willing to come pick up the cart to change it out. At this point I don’t feel comfortable with them working on my cart because 1) who knows what will be done to it 2) I was told that I could never call or come to this business location again by Carl W[redacted] 3) With his aggressiveness and temper who knows what he will do or say. It’s just not worth the risk of getting in trouble by the authorities on my part. At this point I would like someone to either ship or drop off at my residence (not Carl W[redacted]) a steering column and a new cover. I will take this to an authorized dealer, who I’ve already spoken with, and pay them to complete the swap out. The store is approximately 5 miles from my residence so if they were willing to pick the cart up before they should be willing to drop or ship the parts.

Again, if they are willing to pick up the cart from my home, take it to the shop, replace it, and then deliver it back to my house why wouldn't they be willing to drop the column and cover off at my house and then they don't have to do any work? Again this owner has told me that I am never to come into the store or call the store.

To whom it may concern,Customer in fact purchased a New E-2-GO from us on 8/9/16 and took delivery of the cart at our location. A few days after they picked up their cart they called us and said their windshield was broken, The windshield in fact was not broken at time of delivery, but to try and...

make the custoner Mr. Wedemore happy we replaced the windshield at no cost to the customer as well as gave him a storage cover at 50% off. At that polit customerseemed satisfied with the entire transaction. Nearly 3 weeks later, the customer called the sales rep and stated that there was a stain/discoloration in the seat, which obviously was not there at time of purchase, delivery, or when they came in for the new "free” windshield. Our sales representative explained to the customer that factory warranty would not cover stains 3 weeks after purchase. At that point customer became irate and made several threats. , [redacted], member of Cincy Custom Carts called the customer and after a very brief one-sided Conversation äsked the Custor Tier mot to return to our property. We do not use any products such as "Son of A Gun" or any other products on a new factory seat to make it shine. We cannot continue to pay for damages caused by the customer.Thank you,[redacted]
