Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business is not representative of the problems that are truly related to the failure of the vehicle's transmission. We have never indicated that the transmission"fell out", or any of the related components falling off.  I have had 2 mechanics look at the vehicle & transmission, both have said that there is no obvious reason for the transmission to fail.  Meaning that there was no obvious parts or components that have "fallen off" of the transmission. Both mechanics have tried to mediate with this business to resolve the warranty issues and together (local mechanics and myself) we have offered some reasonable options to resolve this problem without the need to ship the vehicle back to Portland. For example: Have a local mechanic remove the transmission, then I would pay to have the transmission shipped to them & back.  Thus, allowing them to do the warranty work on the transmission. I was told that would not be acceptable and that they would have to have the vehicle. After having discussed this multiple times with Duane and various calls from my local mechanic & transmission re-builder, we are not comfortable with Oregon Transmission Center continuing to work on my vehicle. Honestly, I feel that even if I did ship the vehicle to them I am quite certain that they would not cover this failure as warranty because they would claim that the failure was not due to their work. I feel that they are not honest or respectful of their customers.[redacted]
Sincerely,

Hi sorry we were not able to help him because we have no way to verify the complaint our warranty is an in house warranty also o find it hard to believe that if we put something on so poorly that it would completely come off it would have leaked way before at transmission line pressure is over...

200psi it most certainly wouldn't have made it 7,000 miles as he states and then just fall off and I won't be interested in any further communication based on there rude attitude. thanksDuaneOregon Transmission Center
