***DOCUMENT ATTACHED***Dear Sirs:Mr [redacted] was in fact in this shop several timesWe could not duplicate he problem he was having He stated that he only had the noise when he tried to pull logs We did not put a used transfer case in We put an exchange in His overuse caused damage to transfer case We repaired it under warranty no charge. His drive shaft yoke was still worn out and we insisted that he replace it this time He had been complaining about a leak several times and each time we told him to replace his yoke.I did lose my temper for which I am embarrassed, but I was tired of being threatened about a bad review and "spreading the word" I don't have his paperwork as he did not send it in with the complaint, but I believe this was a warranty repair with Mr [redacted] not paying for the transfer case in the first place.Overall, I'm not responsible for the yoke or any other parts of his vehicle Actually I did repair for (for free) that wasn't warrantied and I'm not asking him to pay me.Thank you

Dear Sirs,
I spoke to two different people.  They both admitted the vehicle has been sold.  I noted that the receipt clearly says "Guarantee to original purchaser only".  It also says "Annual Service Required"  I told the person that purchased the vehicle that I would check it...

out for tree and see what I could do.  I have yet to see the vehicle and certainly have not quoted any prices to him, or denied any warranties!  He is lying about that.  I also never allow any skips of annual services as that is our method of keeping employees working.  Last we spoke he was going to bring vehicle in for me to check out.
