The consumer asked for the sod.  He wanted it.  He stated he paid for it, he wants it.  This was the extra sod he wanted.  We are not licensed to do irrigation; therefore, this was not part of our job.  If he wants me to pick up the pallets with the sod on it, I will....

 The job is complete and there will be no refund.  Please have him call me if he still wants the pallets and sod picked up.
