oreillys auto are a bunch of thiefs. brought my car in for an emission test they replace my good alternator for $2000.00. I still fail emmission. took it to the dealer [jenkins] and passed for 200.00 ripped off in milwaukee
The great service writers and techs at O'Reilly have done a great job taking care of replacing the heater core in my car. It's a big job of taking the dash apart, and the car was returned to me with working heat and no rattles in the dash.
They consistently go out of their way find and provide the detailed answer to my questions... something that I can't even get at the VW dealer! They recognize me when I come in, provide complete details on all work needed and completed, and always provide top-notch customer service. I am always confident that I'm getting knowledgeable, expert service when I trust my car to O'Reilly Motor Cars!
