Review: dear o'riely's perhaps you can help me?I took my car to [redacted] service at [redacted] id 83854 ####-###-#### to have a clutch put in brought to him on 5-4-13 he purchased clutch from you'r store on 5-4-13 and I picked car up from him on 5-9-13 and reimbursed him for clutch on 5-9-13 he gave me reciept from your store with his name on it on your reciept it says limeted life time warrenty well clutch not working so contacted your store only to be told you could not honor garentee because the part had been returned by daves mechanic shop on 5-7-13 the part is a clutch part #ptq-kf738-01 for a 1996 subaru legacy h4-2.2l 2212cc gas. will you honor the garentee for this part or was it returned? thank you for your help mr[redacted]Desired Settlement: just want to know if we have a limited lifetime warrenty on part#ptq-kf738-01 or was part returned so we dont have warrenty
