We have recommended that the dealer, [redacted] ***,schedule a date and time convenient for Mr***, to bring his unit to the dealership to be inspected and to address his previous warranty repair concernsAt such time, if parts are required, they would be shipped directly to the dealership [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:The statement that only one contact with Oreion Motors is false Numerous contacts were made In addition, Oreion never sent me the two C-clips as requested as they claim in their response I eventually received one clip a couple of weeks ago from the dealership in Michigan where I purchased the vehicle and it is the wrong size so that has nothing to do with my mechanical ability *** *** *** *** is not equipped to handle the repair and admittedly stated so Oreion Motors has given me no option to provide a dealership equipped to handle this repair which should be covered under a full warranty I also feel that it only appropriate that Oreion Motors provide a repair option that is within a reasonable distance from my home If they insist on using the dealership in *** ***, then they need to provide transport costs to do so This repair is not my fault and I should not be incurring these additional charges As I stated in my previous email, I have already incurred costs for expenses I should not be responsible for It is the responsibility of Oreion to ascertain that their approved dealerships are trained and equipped to handle warranty repairs.I wish for Oreion Motors to provide a local repair shop capable of fixing the vehicle or arrange pickup of the vehicle for repair, fix it completely and return it to me within a reasonable timeframe They also need to reimburse me for the unnecessary expenses I incurred for this faulty vehicle If they do not wish to standby their product and repair the vehicle to a new state, then I feel I am entitled to a full refund plus my expenses This has been going on for months and the vehicle has not been drivable since the date of original delivery

Mr. [redacted] contacted Oreion Motors July 2015 in regards to the warranty repair that had been performed on his unit by [redacted] in [redacted], owner Mr. [redacted]. As discussed with Mr. [redacted] and stated on the Limited Warranty, all warranty inspections and repairs must be performed...

by an Oreion Dealer. Being that he felt the repair completed by [redacted] had failed, we recommended he return the unit to the dealership for inspection. He did not want to return to the dealership as he was almost 3 hours away. Mr. [redacted] stated that he was mechanical and would be able to address the C-Clip that either broke or was missing, if we could send him the replacement clip. He also asked about the MP3 player and the battery/starter. We gave him direction on where to check the MP3 connections and fuses as well as how to properly trickle charge the battery. Low voltage on the battery could cause the starting issue he was experiencing.We emailed him where to check ground wires and fuses on the battery as well as how to properly fill the rear differential with oil once he had replaced the C-Clip. On the same day July 29th 2015, Mr. [redacted] responded to the email and provided us with an address to send the two C-Clips he had requested. The two C-Clips were sent to Mr. [redacted] via USPS, regular mail. As much as we like to assist consumers with over the phone diagnosis, it is difficult, for the customer and our technicians, to do when you do not have the vehicle to inspect. There has been no email response by Mr. [redacted] since July 29th 2015 in regards to the unit.
