I received an advertisement for a free sample of this company's product, with only the shipping required as payment. I ordered the eye cream under these conditions. They began to bill me $177.94 monthly. I attempted to contact them several times to cancel and return the extra product, however was put on hold each time until the phone hung up.
Since I was not able to contact them to cancel, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. They responded that I was attempting to steal their product since they had already shipped it, and provided some documentation stating I signed up for a trial period. I note that there was a warning stating they recommend 3 treatments for full effectiveness, however there was no disclaimer that I was signing up for a monthly subscription, nor any reference to the dollar amount of this product.
I attempted to return the product again, after the dispute and the representative hung up on me. This company uses a standard fraudulent tactic in which the customer signs up for free product then gets automatically billed without notification that automatic billing will occur.

We have this detail listed on the merchandise bottles, email confirmations sent directly to the customer email address provided on their account, the invoices sent with shipment and the product website.
After reviewing the customer account; we have issued the customer the following refunds in the interest of amicable resolution:
02/18/2019 - Refunded - $88.97
02/17/2019 - Refunded - $89.78
An Echeck has been sent to the email on the Revdex.com complaint. The subscription, which was agreed upon by agreeing to Terms and Conditions on our checkout page has been cancelled. We apologize for the delay. You do not have to return the products to us.
