Very nice company - the technicians were professional and I really liked the no drying time

Review: I hired Organic Dry Carpet Cleaning, whose website promises -Guaranteed satisfaction, no wet carpet, done right, ready for immediate use, most effective cleaning solution with guaranteed health benefits-. But 2 days after a cleaning, stains & dirt are still visible from 6 feet away, & my carpet is still wet! The owner [redacted] & a trainee did not put my furniture back, & tried to cover up stains. When I called to ask him to fix the problem, he shouted, interrupted, insulted me on a personal level, & ordered me to never call his business again. This awful service & verbal abuse followed his initial scheduling error; a driver called one morning to confirm appointment - but 5 days early. Tho inconvenient, I accepted he do the job that day & waited at home (I shouldve seen the red flag). The truck never came. I called; [redacted] told me it broke down, & he would try to send a cleaner later. He never did (red flag). I had to call to reschedule. On that day he arrived an hour late (red flag) with a new employee to train. He said the schedule error had occurred because another customer with my first name lived one town over (thats an excuse?). I reminded him to please clean the dirty carpet edges; he showed me how he did them. I assumed he would do all of them; but he did not. He also complained about my few pieces of furniture, though originally he had said he was used to moving & replacing stuff. When he said he was done, I inspected but still saw stains, & carpet was wet. I said I was not satisfied. He assured me it would dry by that evening. I reluctantly paid, but never got a receipt. The carpet is still wet 2 days later & I found a huge wet brown spot under a couch. When I called, [redacted] screamed he had no control when a carpet got wet, that it had not been in good shape to begin with (never said before). He complained he had spent a lot of time on the carpet, & that was all he could do. He called me rude names & made personal verbal attacks. I asked him to stop. He shouted louder. Stay away from this company!Desired Settlement: After [redacted] childishly shouted names at me & said he knew why I was divorced & no one could stand me I will not allow him or his company re-enter my home. I have to get the carpet re-cleaned by someone else so I would just like my money back. If he protests that part of the job was done, I accept to pay $50 to settle, to cover mileage & cleaning product. (I had to pay for hot water he used -electric & water bills- & will again with new cleaners.) I also disputed the charge with my credit card co.
