Review: Billing for services never rendered and overbilling. Complete dissatisfaction of product, service and lack of communication. Never indicated when service was actually being done with dates and time. There was no evidence of lawn service and no one saw anyone doing any lawn service here. Lawn is scorched, overrun with weeds and there is no grass.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment and termination of any service.

Review: In an email dated Oct 23, 2013 I wrote the owner of the company, "To the organic Dutchman, As I get ready to write you to terminate all future lawn treatments, I see a slip in my mailbox that you came by today!!!!! I was writing to tell you the lawn is covered in leaves. Further, the grass seed I so dearly wanted to grow in the bare spots in the front lawn never sprouted!!! There is no "lawn" to treat!!!!! After paying you hundreds of dollars for service since the spring, there is still no grass in my front lawn and you are applying "treatment" to fallen leaves in the yard!!!! I will make no further payments to your company......

The owner responded in an email on Oct 24, 2013 asking me to continue to be patient.

I returned the bill he sent me for service dated Oct 23, 2013 for $89.88 with a copy of my email

In response, today on Nov 5, 2013 I receive another bill for a lawn service (no slip in the mailbox this time so maybe the "treatment" magically occurred from a distance)

This bill, received in the mail today was for an additional $89.99 with a total now due for $189.76 (they added a $10 late payment for a bill dated Oct 23 which was less than 2 weeks ago!!)Desired Settlement: To be left alone by this company

No more bills for lawn "treatments" that are not occurring

All payments were current prior to this bogus Step 7 treatment and now this bogus Step 8 treatment as well

Dear Revdex.com Service Representative,This is my response to complaint # [redacted]WE respect all our clients and we do have legal written contracts with all our clients, in which we write clearly that there is a 30 day cancellation notice required at all times and that our service does require patience. Client did cancel correctly on Oct 23, 2013 ansd is scheduled to exit our system correctly on Nov 23, 2013.Step # 7 was completed on Oct 23 in the Am and Step # 8 was performed on Nov 4, also in the AM hours. We have communicated in a professional matter with our clients at all times. The fact that there are leaves falling in the fall, does not mean that our products are not delivered. Furthermore the client complains about the "Front Yard" in regards to new grass growth, which indeed was not as succesful as the rest of the lawn. The rest of the lawn is 85% of the property. The front lawn is only 15% at most of this property.We have worked hard and spent a lot of money for seeds and products to bring this lawn to perfection. We did only started 8 months ago when the property was in poor condition. The front side which is small is compacted with rocks and red clay and as explained to the client, that this recovery there would take more time and patience.After each visit slips or notes are always left in or on the mailbox and if this last visit was without a note to be found, does not mean we were not there.In good faith I will waive Step # 8 and all other fees to bring the balance down to $ 89.88 Respectfully,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The Organic Dutchman sold me a contract for "lawn application service". Both my front and back lawn were covered in leaves when "treatment" was said to be applied. My leaves were actually removed the week following the "treatment" application and I have proof of service. Whatever may have been applied, is now sitting in a large mound of leaves at the edge of the roadway. Because of weather conditions in prior weeks, I called my lawn service company to remove leaves and do a final seasonal mow. The Organic Dutchman may have arrived at my home for step 7 but did not apply anything to my lawn. As I stated in my initial complaint, there was no lawn to treat!!! I will not pay for "service"

I do acknowledge the concern of the issue of leaves on lawns when applications are applied. We normally always tell our clients to let it all rain in, before doing a clean-up. Once again we will show and proof our good faith and excellent customer service by waiving all charges.We do work hard and always do the best we can. We mean so well and do all 100% organic, which is safe and healthy for our clients and their families and pets.Respectfully, [redacted]
