This company was contracted thru my insurance, American Home Shield ***, from ***, came and accessed replacing my home hot water heater He added to our bill to replace a pvc pipe, obtain a permit from the City of Albertville, and cut a hole in my flooring for an overflow drain These additional items cost $285, this was not included with my insurance ***, replaced my hot water heater, cut a hole in my flooring that looks like a child used a jigsaw to cut it out I spoke with *** on the phone on how displeased I was I asked for a copy of the permit obtained to do the replacement and $return of my money on the hole in my floor I am going to have to have the floor repaired He said he would get that to me in a week I have not heard from him I have pictures of his shoddy work I do not believe he obtained a permit from the city of Albertville either The work was done on January 29, I would like the fees for the 'non covered cha
