When *** was born we scheduled a studio session at which time we also set a date for you and your wife to view the photos and place an order for digital copies, which you were given the evening of the viewingYou also ordered an album which you have not yet received.While you state that you do not want your album and you do want your money returned, our contract states clearly that no refunds will be madeTo fulfill my part of the contract, your album has been ordered and will arrive at your home within -business daysWhile its arrival is later than normal, we hope you and your wife will enjoy these pictures over the coming years and that *** will view them as childhood treasures when she is olderAs you requested, despite having contractual permission to use your daughter's photos on my website, I have removed them.To help make up for my untimeliness, I would like to offer you and your wife a complimentary photo session for ***'s first birthday with four digital pictures includedAgain I am very sorry for this delay, which was understandably upsetting to you
