We have provide you with our information, which includes copies of receipts, which shows Mrs [redacted] was charged 65$ per cartridge including taxes and she was given discounts on top of that At no time have we ever charged her $for the cartridge plus $ tax, we sent copies of the receipts, do the math, As far as the conversation with a man I thought was her husband, maybe it wasn't her husband, both myself and my manager spoke with this man, but he was rude and when I tried to explain the Hippa law he got worse and I hung up as the law states I can not speak with anyone without a release regarding Mrs [redacted] It is apparent that Mrs [redacted] buys these same cartridges from other shops and does not remember who she got what from, and has no receipts to back up her claim Our records show she did not purchase any Kurvana cartridges in from OSD All copies of receipts were sent with original complaint so did not re-send, I have refrained from verbally attacking Mrs [redacted] , which she doesn't seem to have the same decency calling me names and a liar We do not need to cheat some one for 65$, we have a successful business, but I refused to allow someone to lie to make up stories, based on high rate of defects, many of which she appears unsure of based on the original complaint, originally she said she got 12, her receipt shows she got We have the video showing where she was replace the defects she says we owe her, and returned that were hers from another shop It is our contention that we do not owe her anything, if you need copies of receipts I can scan and resend to you with my managers statements included, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:They are clearly lying to cover there liability and or business complaint I am not married They are making it up that they spoke with my husband who yelled at them This is absolutely a lie I did not return any from the I purchased, I returned a the from the batch of I purchased They are clearly lying also that only 1% of the cartridges fail I used them daily and thats just not true Not ONE of the cartridges were used or half empty, they were defective and never worked from the beginning They are also lying about the cartridges I brought in over the summer of They keep track of customer purchases and had the order in their computer and said after repeated phone calls and an hour round trip drive to their store, that it had been too long to replace them One, they never called me ONCE over those cartridges; they just hope you forget Even the ones they replaced, one is defective That cartridge cost was $plus approx $tax Another product from them that is defective.They people clearly lie to cover themselves and their business Revdex.com do what you usually do….no punishhment in todays worldno consequences for white collar crime People cheat and lie in todays world with impunity Heres another business that does the same But I am telling the truth This business is unscrupulous and is selling medicine that has defective delivery system.*** ***

Mrs. [redacted] indicated she dropped off 4 cartridges that were defective for exchange, based on our files we show no purchases of any product of Kurvana from 2017. If she has receipts, it...

would help to fix this problem. The average rate of defective cartridges runs from about 1% to 5% depending on the manufacturer. Our store policy is when someone brings in a high number of defects that are almost empty and we are uncertain if the cartridge is defective, if the product is empty or not functioning correctly as a result of user error, at that time we ask manufacturer to decide if it is defective. Our normal policy is to exchange them on the spot unless we feel there is a problem and we ask for manufacturer to make determination on product failure. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE 1 GRAM Kurvana cartridges are $65 out the door including all taxes, and on each item she received a 10% or a 15% discount. Regarding the returns on 2/15/2018, she stated that she had purchased 12 cartridges and tried to return five, but I have reviewed the receipts and cameras from that day. She purchased 4 on 1/6/2018, and 10 on 2/15/2018. As for the 4 she says she purchased in 2017 I need to see receipts verifying that they were purchased at our establishment as we show no Kurvana cartridge purchases from 2017, and we don't return products if they weren't purchased at our establishment. On her application to OSD she lists a Huntington Beach address, and on her driver's license a Palm Desert license, so she is only in the desert seasonally. I called Mrs. [redacted] to try and resolve the matter, but her husband took the phone and verbally made threats and yelled, but due to the HIPPAA Law, we can only speak to her on this issue unless she provides release that would allow us to speak to her husband. It seems there may be some confusion about where she buys her cartridges, on 1/6/2018 she purchased 4 of them, she received a 10% discount, and on 2/15/2018 she tried to exchange 6 of them and was not happy when we gave her 2 back that were not purchased at our establishment. During her visit on 2/15/2018, we took 4 cartridges from her, replaced one on the spot, and the remaining 3 we kept to see if the manufacturer would deem them defective or not. It is our position based on our records, and the length of time and lack of backing receipts from the patient, the 2017 incident is too old, unless she can provide receipts stating otherwise, but at this time our records indicate they were not purchased at OSD. OSD's policy is all sales final no return on any medicine, which is clearly stated on each of our menus that we provide to the patient/customer during each visit. We do make exceptions for defective vape pens and cartridges and a few other products, but when a high number of defects are returned of any product, we inform the manufacturer to see why. Often they are empty, or if there is a bad batch they need to be informed of we will call the manufacturer, but 50-75% failure/return rate raises a red flag and we want to know why, which each time this patient comes in, she tries to return at least half of her product that she previously bought either at our establishment or elsewhere. When we see a pattern like this, we either call the manufacturer, or we kindly tell the patient that they can't continue to return their cartridges with us and that they need to contact the manufacturer themselves through the appropriate website. Attached are copies of all receipts on file from 2017 and 2018, and statements from each manager involved.
