Maybe my order fell through the cracks, but then when I contacted via phone and email I should have received a prompt response. Instead I had to find an alternate email address from [redacted]. If you say that was also a fluke.. Then why didn't you refund me as soon as you realized. I had to file a complaint with [redacted] and Revdex.com. The only reason I just received my refund is because I escalated my complaint with [redacted] to a claim.. And they reviewed the situation and found me in favor. Either you are a fraud or a seriously disorganized, irresponsible and dillusional business owner.
