I am rejecting this response because: Zimmerman has already said they would come out and repair the front yardOnce that is completed, I will withdrawal the complaint, but not until we are satisfied with the condition of the yard and the work they were contracted to do

Zimmerman septic's Certified Inspector([redacted])came out and Inspected Septic System for Mr.[redacted] whom ordered the inspection and paid for it, and we did give Mr. [redacted] a full Refund for our Inspector's False reading, with that said I do...

Due to the negligence of [redacted] of Zimmerman Septic Services, we had to hire and pay for a second inspection at the property and pay [redacted] If Mr. [redacted] would have done the job he was supposed to do, we would not have gotten a "false reading" and we would have not had to hire a second inspector. Following Mr. [redacted]'s finding, there were no attempts to contact us regarding the fact that he didn't find a septic system to ask us if we knew where the system was located. As a result of this "false report", the sale of our house was delayed, we lost additional money on the sale of our house [redacted] had to pay an additional [redacted] for another inspection, as well as the anxiety that this whole situaiton created. We are still desiring payment of [redacted] to us. Once that has been done, a resolution will be made. I am including files of the second inspection that was performed correctly and the invoice that we paid.

Due to your property having no record of a system on file and no drawings of where an absorption system is located we were hired to do a Septic Inspection not locate the system like [redacted] was hired to do. We refunded the inspection fee to the buyer for not having the proper information. You hired [redacted] to locate your system same as we have been hired to come in and locate systems.We do not make false reports to install new systems. We can only report on what we can find. You did not pay for another inspection you paid to have the system located and I hope you had [redacted] work with the Health Department to put this on record so this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your concerns and I expect you to drop this complaint as we are not paying for someone to locate your system and put it on record that you should have already been done. This is my last response the next will be from our attorney and will go to court.
