I am rejecting this response because the statements the business has made are false in this response .  As stated previously, I called and cancelled the service in September and paid the balance in full. I work at home and have large dogs that must be out inside for the yard to be serviced , they did not come to my house in October and should not have as I cancelled the service. The how is owned by me. I am the person who authorized any service on it. I did not authorize any service and clearly their records are flawed with regard to their statement of  saying [redacted] or [redacted] schedule this. In fact they do not know.
