I placed an order with Orglamix (order [redacted] on 3/12/ I received my order but item was VERY different in color than the same item I had ordered from Orglamix in the past (Pink Pepper Natural Mineral Blush – Large) I sent an e-mail asking if they changed the color of that particular item along with pictures of the new blush and the old blush to show the color difference [redacted] responded a week later and agreed the color was VERY different and said she would send me a replacement That was on 3/27/ It’s now 6/2/and I have yet to receive my replacement The last e-mail I received from [redacted] was on 4/27/ Below is the timeline of our e-mail exchanges 3/18/– I sent an e-mail to Orglamix with pictures of the blush I just received along with pictures of the same blush I already had from a prior order asking if they changed the color of the item 3/27/– I received an e-mail response from [redacted] and she agreed the color was VERY different and said she would se

Absolutely horrible. They've treated me terribly. I've been trying all month long to get my pressed glitters and it has been nothing but trouble. I, as to be expected, get [redacted] off after waiting more than 3-4 weeks of JUST trying to get timely responses from them and it literally took until I blew up for them to finally acknowledge me and mind you it was not in a professional manner at all. I was called the most rude and obnoxious person they've ever dealt with because THEY were in the wrong. Before I was even called that I tried to ask for an apology for their cappy service and she couldn't even do that! I mean, I would send emails and they wouldnt get responded to. I also tried [redacted] , [redacted] , and calling 2 different numbers they had listed as numbers to contact their business and those were both unreachable. The product I was buying was for a specific client of mine and I didn't even receive it on time for her appointment. They should not be allowed to do business if they're going to treat their customers so poorly.

I placed an order with Orglamix despite ALL the negative slander I've read online over the past few yearsI received a oz size of their Bug Juice in a Terra Bella Box & we enjoyed it very muchWe decided to order a bigger size, oz, from their official websiteI was a first time customer, so I received a couponI placed my order on 09/19/I received my order by the 22thHowever, it was the wrong sizeI immediately contacted the seller via text msg to let her knowShe did not replyI tried calling, no answerI tried email, but still received no answerBy the 24th, I actually looked for her on [redacted] and sent her a msg thereWhat followed days later on the 26th was the one and only time she ever acknowledged meShe mentioned she would ship out a replacement as soon as possibleBy that evening, I received the confirmation emailHowever, it is now days later and the tracking info has never changed from "shipment picked up." I reached out to her again on ***

This item is currently unavailable. We do not have the necessary raw materials to make it' as they are on back order from the manufacturer. The last update we have been given is mid-July. At this time, I will prefer to refund the customer.
