Review: I ordered from this site thought I was getting a original disk from them. All I got was a email with a key and link for a download. The description did not say it was a download only. They had the same OS software for less and it was stated that this item was a download only. But I wanted a disk. So I went ahead to order the item thinking it was a disk. I did not get a disk. So I contacted them thru their web site. Ask them was the item a download only or a disk. Since it was unclear in their description when I order it. No response from them right away. After a few day got a response saying did I get a email 4 days ago with a key and link to download the OS if not here is the key and link again. I emailed them several times They didn't address the issues I had. I wanted a disk not a download and I wanted a refund if I can't get a disk. I haven't heard from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a Retail Software disk of windows 7 or a full refund.
