We have only wonderful things to say about Rick. We found Rick through our realtor. We just purchased a home in Fountain Hills and it was in need of major renovations. Rick was very attentive to our needs (we lived in the home during the 9 week renovation). We renovated the entire home, new kitchen, master bath cabinets, new master shower, tile. Painted all ceilings, walls and trim. Took out ugly large field stone fireplace and replaced it with a very contemporary one. New flooring and carpet throughout. New ceiling fans, lighting and screw-less switch plates. Almost every day there was at least one craftsman (electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter) there doing work. He ran on schedule and was always available by text if there was a concern. Very happy with his work and his sub-contractors. Rick is extremely honest and a joy to work with.
