Review: My credit card was charged for an invoice that was over 2 yrs old without my authorization. When contacting Sarah D[redacted] the rep for the company she had to contact accounting, she then so it was an audit and they swept the cc on file to take care of the open invoice. They could not provide any proof of delivery or explanation why they would just charge my card without contacting me first. I demanded proof of delivery, and a refund. The rep Sarah D[redacted] refused stating I owed the invoice and suggested pmt terms. I want my cc refunded at once or a signed copy providing proof of delivery of the productDesired Settlement: I want full refund on the unauthorized charge or a signed copy proving delivery of product from 2 yrs ago. This company would never permit a balance they always bill before shipping this is a past practice and current. I want the charge refunded immeadiately
Review: Ordered several products from merchant's website, oribe.com, on 7/**/14. The package I received did not contain all the items that I ordered, yet I was charged in full as if all items had shipped. Specifically, the order was missing two (2) bottles of Oribe Ultra Gentle Shampoo. I have followed merchant's contact instructions, having written to "[redacted]". I have written three times and have yet to receive a reply or acknowledgement of my correspondence.Desired Settlement: Merchant needs to own up to its error and rectify the situation in the form of a refund.
