I called Ms*** upon receipt of the email from The Revdex.comMs*** received a notice from an inspection completed July 16, for excess weeds She received another notice for the same issue on August 16, When spoke with her today, her complaint is that she cannot reach the
community manager when she calls and has to leave a message I did explain that she can always press "0" and reach the front desk for customer service and that if a community manager is out (as they are more than 50% of the time) they will have to return the call if needed It is our job on behalf of the Homeowners association to do inspections and it is a violation of the covenants of the property to have weeds growing in the yard Ms*** said she hired a contractor to treat the weeks in July and that she doesn't have any So, this could be an issue of the manager picking up the wrong address for her neighbors' yard, which, Ms***'s contends, does have "weeds a foot tall" We will go out and take photos and contact her before the end of this week to resolve the issue If it is a mistake on the address, we will send her a letter of apology and send the notices to the correct address as well as remove them from her file

payment sent by the homeowner essentially "crossed" with the lien filing with the Hamilton County recorders office, again within the parameters of the published Delinquent policy.  We have filed a removal of that lien and refunded the fees charged for preparing the original lien and filing fees to the homeowners assessment account.  We cannot remove the lien filing from their individual credit report because it was filed and has since had a satisfaction of that lien filed with the recorders office, which should nullify the negative effect of the original lien filed.  We do not report accounts to the credit bureau, the liens are filed with the county recorders office, as are the satisfaction of those liens.  We don't have any way of "expunging" it or removing either the lien filing or the satisfaction from a personal credit report.  It will not affect the viability of the legal title to the property as the release (satisfaction) has been filed - we do not have a recorded copy back yet from the recorders office, but can forward a copy to the homeowner when we do.  The account was handled with all three notices going to the homeowner before filing the lien.  Unfortunately when homeowners do not contact us early enough, these situations can occur.
