I ordered chairs from this companyWhen I received the chairs, two chairs came damagedI immediately notified the company on the damaged chairsOrient Express told me they would file a claim and we will not hear back with a final decision for daysI emailed the claims department days later only to find out that the file was recently claimeddays were wasted due to their lack of responsibilityAfter another days passed, I emailed the claims department again and they still did not have an update for meThey offered to send me replacement parts since they did not have an update for me but a few hours later they emailed me back saying that they would not be sending replacement and the case is closedI had two broken chairs and the company who sold them to me were not willing to take ownership of them
