Hello, [redacted] the ID # IS [redacted] I the Manager did talk with the guest who did stay in room #I Apologize to both and I refunded one night back on to the 3rd party credit card that was on file and later on the gentleman came down with a different story and wanted me to refund another day I nicely told him that I already Refuned a day, but they wanted another day refunded and I couldn't do thatand that's when the gentle man stated to the manager that he was going to call in and complainboth parties came down with different story's one person said one thing and the other stated some different and when I ask the lady she then couldn't come up with the same thing that the gentleman had saidand I review the tape and my front desk clerk was at the desk all night and neither both guest came down that Night Thank you From; Management [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] The manager is correct, neither myself or my better half never did come down to the front desk on either nights we stayed there The first night as stated in the complaint notes that we called from our own personal cell phone due to the hotel room phone not operational for complaining about the noise, etc As stated in the managers reply, his employee was at the front desk the whole night Well that is obviously a lie on both nights, not just one The first night his employee came up to the second floor to check on the complaint of the noise, etc that is outlined in the main complaint The second night, again as outlined in the complaint, the employee once again not at the front desk the whole night because the employee met us on the first floor while he was on the way to check on the guy in the stairwell that fell So yet again, the manager lied to the whereabouts of his employee and saying he was at the front desk the whole night We had issues both nights, as again stated in the main complaint with the same individuals (construction workers) If anyone looks at the reviews of this hotel, there hasn't been very good reviews in the last 6-months The most recent one being 2/13/ Many complaints of customer service issues, breakfast issues and many other issues involved with this hotel Its obvious there is a issue with the owner / manager of this hotel and the reviews show this This hotel and the manager needs to own up the the complaints and problems that are being handed to him with other customers as well as myself and out stay and refund the other day that we have been requesting to have refunded due to the many issues we had and have outlined in this Revdex.com complaint Thanks,*** Regards, [redacted]
