Oriental Chinese Restaurant

Review: November 2, 2014, an order was placed by telephone to Oriental Chinese Restaurant at 1:10PM and received at 2:00PM. Upon arrival, I opened up my food containers and noticed that one of my orders was completely wrong, and the other ( Shrimp Rolls ) was leaking tons of oil. At 2:05PM I contacted the restaurant to let them know what was wrong, and initially I was placed on hold for about 8 minutes and then hung up on. I called several more times, only to be hung up on repeatedly and disrespected. I was called names and told the police would be contacted when I requested my money back. I believe I have the right to call any place and state what's wrong with something that I've paid my money for, without all the disrespect. If they can't take criticism, than they're in the wrong business! Anyhow, I'd like to be reimbursed for the full fee that I was charged and I will NOT be ordering from them again.Desired Settlement: 10.02 is the amount the was charged to my bank account.
