Oriental Foot Massage

Came here on a Sunday for a full body massage. When I arrived at the desk, I tell the man I would like a full body, 30 minute, $35 massage. I tell him 3 times what service and price I would like. He then asks another girl who entered the establishment what she was here for. She happened to be there for the same thing. I hand him my card for payment, he asks her for her card as well to pay. Before inserting my card, he asks me if cash tip is okay, as they don’t accept credit/debit tips, to which I say that’s fine. He then hands me my receipt, which shows a charge of $51. I ask him “what’s going on? I specifically asked for the 30 minute, full body massage”. He replies by pointing at the massage menu price of $51, acting as though I missed the price, however I direct his finger to the option below the full body, one hour, $51 massage to the option I had stated previously. Instead of refunding my money, he tells me that the random woman who entered with me can just pay me $16, and make it even. He told the woman that she needs to pay me when she’s able to, and he will only charge her $16 to make up the difference for her massage. She agrees, and he hands me the debit card back. As I am putting the card into my wallet, I see it’s the other woman’s card and he is about to charge my card for a second time. I tell him “no! That’s my card! Cancel the transaction!” And he says “oh, new machine, I don’t know how to cancel”. I tell him to quickly pull the card out, which he does not do, and he waits for the transaction to be approved before telling me “oh, well, she pay you the rest when she can”. I was livid, and had to trust this random woman would give me cash because this business owner refused to refund my payment. I leave a tip, and then once I leave, the woman leaves without paying me. I am now down $67 for a service I only agreed to pay $35 for. The next day I look at my bank statement to see they added an additional tip I did not authorize.
