I do not understand this complaint.  We do not have to refund her any amount of money. I spoke to the employee and the consumer tipped $5.00 for a manicure on feet and polish change. She chose the color and that color was put on. We felt she was happy since she gave a tip. The next day she came...

in and said wanted it redone and it was explained that there would be a charge. I don't understand the problem. She seemed happy and gave tip. She should not have left if she was not happy. We only collected $50.00.[redacted]
