Sand & Stain kitchen area (dining room)Also take a sand two board next to a sliding doorSand & stain steps and railingsFri I finished sanding and staining floor Told costMy worker would be back on Sat to do rest of sanding and stainingThen on Fri night he called me about the boards from water damage that he never told aboutI also told [redacted] that I would take care of a draw that I scratchedI told [redacted] I would address problems on MonMy workers came in SatHe told them to sand them but don’t stainSo he got all of this for nothingJob was $His floor was very unevenFixed that problem! Customer Decided to put his own plastic up, which did meet the floorI told him said “ah” Also blaming me for his a/c which he said he’d cover them with plastic and after said he forgetAlso blamed me me for putting on a/cI don’t touch hear or a/cIf we can’t resolve problem, I want money for what we didHe would not let me back in house to resolve problemWhat can I do?
