The product was a clearance item and is sold as is with no warrantyIn cases of the device being dead on arrival, we sometimes make exceptions, but that was not the case in this instance, so no exception was made, nor will it be

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Same response as first rejectionAnd similar response that this company gives everyone based on Revdex.com and other website reviews Regards, [redacted] ***

I've attached all the documents that I think are pertinent to this caseThe Norton Shopping Guarantee pdf shows where the customer first reached out to us, and where the entire conversation took placeThe other two documents are the order invoice, and the tracking record from USPS showing that the package was delivered in the customer's mailbox on the 25th of MayYou will see on the invoice to the right of the bold "Shipping Method:" is the service that this customer selected "USPS Priority 2day delivery(Not Guaranteed) up to $insured"The United States Postal Service does not offer a delivery guarantee for standard Priority Mail, but I could not get this customer to accept that, even though this is the service that they selectedI also tried to explain twice that the delivery estimates are not calculated by us but that they are provided by USPS though our website, but the customer insisted otherwiseIt's also worth noting that this was over a weekend as well All of the info is in the documentsPlease contact me with any further questions, I would be glad to help in anyway I canThanks,Brent M [redacted]

The owner did not "resolve" the issue or do anything, but make accusations about the customer once againThis looks like a pattern with him and it sounds like he gets away with itHe says that I misconstrued the words "resolved" and "handled", but this is simply a weak attempt at distracting from the real issue

The customer is paraphrasing quite a bit. I have attached the entire conversation from both tickets he submitted. He seems to be taking the word "resolved" and turning it into "replaced". When reviewing the tickets the conversation goes from bottom to top. I also included a screenshot of the product...

page where it states that there is no warranty offered on this product. Also worth noting that the product was shipped to him sealed in the factory overwrap, yet he seems to be implying we sold him used merchandise. The talk of any type of defect only came up after he was told we would not replace it for cosmetic damage.

package was delivered in the customer's mailbox on the 25th of May.
