would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did speak to them, it is not true that they have not reach me.  What is true, is that they are trying to offer me store credit, for a lower amount of what I paid, to be used within 6 months.  This is a store that sell formal dresses, I do not need credit for a formal dress.  The other condition, was to remove my review from yelp and the Revdex.com.
