things break, usually as a result of misuse. This woman writes "I boiled the heck out of them" so it is reasonable to assume that this is the case.Our products require boiling after every time they are used, so it is important to follow the instructions properly. Beacause of this, we put an emphasis in our sales pitch on how to properly use our products, and offer a lifetime of free exchanges on all heating pads- NO QUESTIONS ASKED.we informed her that she can come to any of our retail locations and get her products exchanged FREE OF CHARGE, JUST AS OUR POLICY SAYS.If there is no retail location near her, she has the option of sending the items to our office.However, we will not cover the cost of shipping or refund money for damaged products. This is our policy and we have to stick with it. We have no legal obligation to refund money for broken goods or cover their shipping costs.In order to try and help this woman, I am going to send her a list of all the trade shows we are going to be operating in near her address, and she can come to any of our booths at any of our shows and get her products exchanged.

will contact the Revdex.com if he is not answered by tuesday morning Oct 24.On Oct 24 we have emailed customer asking for his receipt, but he already filed a complaint.By now we have proceesed his request and a new product was sent out under warranty. Our company offers great customer service and we do so via email. Our offices are not for the public, [redacted], and meeting usually need to be pre -arranged. The main door entrance requires a code. there are over 20 offices in the business center. None of our employees have been contacted other than in email, so his wife probably saw someone from a different office. no one has arrived at our offices. Please cancel this complaint.

complaint contacted us more than 30 days(!) after the purchase, asking for a refund in exchange for a product that is not working.usually a defected product is reported right away, so it is very possible that the reason for the product not working properly anymore is not a factory defect, but physical damage caused to the device by the customer.We have no way of knowing this for sure, but regardless, if the customer would have contacted us in a normal time frame, we would consider a refund.We will be more than happy to honor our warranty and replace the defective product for the customer, as advertised. However after discussing the matter we do not think that this is a special case that deserves a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I was not told about any no refund if product if unsatisfactory at all.  Second I followed the directions to a T and I did boil the heck out of it yes as it said I had to do as I had to make sure there were no more visible crystals left and there still was at the time.  Third.  I get these message about going to store or another show or exchanges but never hear back again with another e-maill saying where to any of it.  Lastly it is not my fault your products broke and if they are guaranteed like you say it should not cost me more to get new ones replaces.  I paid alot of money for ones that did not work only to have to pay more to get these broken ones sent back and replacements sent to me.  So every time it breaks It is going to cost me more and more and more money.  No I am sorry but I am not going to accept that.  I will not accept this response to my complaint as you say say say in e-mails but nothing ever gets done done done.  Why should it take 3 months to even get a anywhere. I have paid $112 for products I cannot use and cannot seem to get anywhere with the company who sold them to me.  I [redacted] just want my money back.  I do not care what your policies are.  They should have been clearly told me to at the time of sale and it was not.  Didn't not know this policy until I tried to return it.  That is not my fault it is the sellers fault for not disclosing.  [redacted] So no I reject your response.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted]  [redacted]  We were tired of waiting for a response from your "great" customer service team.  There was never any indication that your "customer service" department doesn't answer emails on the weekend, until I said that I was contacting the Revdex.com on Tuesday Oct 24.  Then you actually answered me.  Then you asked for a picture of the product and receipt, which was sent you a few hours later.  Then when there was no return email on Wednesday then I submitted the complaint and told you I submitted a complaint, then you magically answered me again.  PDF copies of all the emails are attached.When we purchased this product at the trade show there was never any mention that there wasn't a store front to return/exchange the product to, [redacted].  Also, how are we supposed to pre arrange a meeting at your store, you don't even have a phone number to call.  And my wife was there twice because the second time I was with her and no one was around at all.[redacted]  It is a great product, I would recommend it to anyone, [redacted].
