HiI am sorry to hear of the inconveniece this women went through.We have answered her by email but she is refusing to accept our policies.Our heating pads come with a lifetime warranty, not a money back guarantee and never did anyone in our company mention to her a money back guarantee.Sometime things break, usually as a result of misuseThis woman writes "I boiled the heck out of them" so it is reasonable to assume that this is the case.Our products require boiling after every time they are used, so it is important to follow the instructions properlyBeacause of this, we put an emphasis in our sales pitch on how to properly use our products, and offer a lifetime of free exchanges on all heating pads- NO QUESTIONS ASKED.we informed her that she can come to any of our retail locations and get her products exchanged FREE OF CHARGE, JUST AS OUR POLICY SAYS.If there is no retail location near her, she has the option of sending the items to our office.However, we will not cover the cost of shipping or refund money for damaged productsThis is our policy and we have to stick with itWe have no legal obligation to refund money for broken goods or cover their shipping costs.In order to try and help this woman, I am going to send her a list of all the trade shows we are going to be operating in near her address, and she can come to any of our booths at any of our shows and get her products exchanged

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all I was not told about any no refund if product if unsatisfactory at all Second I followed the directions to a T and I did boil the heck out of it yes as it said I had to do as I had to make sure there were no more visible crystals left and there still was at the time Third I get these message about going to store or another show or exchanges but never hear back again with another e-maill saying where to any of it Lastly it is not my fault your products broke and if they are guaranteed like you say it should not cost me more to get new ones replaces I paid alot of money for ones that did not work only to have to pay more to get these broken ones sent back and replacements sent to me So every time it breaks It is going to cost me more and more and more money No I am sorry but I am not going to accept that I will not accept this response to my complaint as you say say say in e-mails but nothing ever gets done done done Why should it take months to even get a anywhereI have paid $for products I cannot use and cannot seem to get anywhere with the company who sold them to me I [redacted] just want my money back I do not care what your policies are They should have been clearly told me to at the time of sale and it was not Didn't not know this policy until I tried to return it That is not my fault it is the sellers fault for not disclosing [redacted] So no I reject your response Sincerely, [redacted]

HiCusotmer contacted us first on October via emailHe did not provide any information or proof of purchasecustomer was answered on October and was advised we have received his request and are working on itThis was a saturdayOn October , a sunday, customer threatened by email that he will contact the Revdex.com if he is not answered by tuesday morning Oct 24.On Oct we have emailed customer asking for his receipt, but he already filed a complaint.By now we have proceesed his request and a new product was sent out under warrantyOur company offers great customer service and we do so via emailOur offices are not for the public, [redacted] ***, and meeting usually need to be pre -arrangedThe main door entrance requires a codethere are over offices in the business centerNone of our employees have been contacted other than in email, so his wife probably saw someone from a different officeno one has arrived at our officesPlease cancel this complaint
