Review: To Whom It May Concern:

The Manager of Original Hem in Santa Ana explained to me that while his company did NOT perform my tailoring order correctly, it was my responsibility to pay for their mistake. As a result, I was purposefully defrauded in a bait-and-switch effort to take advantage of performing misadvertised claims of tailoring; only to be charged twice for the company's admitted misuse of trust and monies for services purported.
