Wish I could give less than one star!
Placed an order on April 24th, 2020. Thought it was coming from Manhattan. Never would have ordered if I knew coming from China. They send out a form letter responses about the effect of Covid-19 on their business. But then you see the same issues from other customers long before the virus. Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. If you cannot send the product refund my purchase. Don't buy from this company. Order #33119

I ordered a painting for my mothers birthday one month ago, the email confirmation has no tracking info, no shipping details, only has a transaction ID number and an invoice ID and both of the numbers do not provide any way of tracking this item. It has been a month, called several times and not a good number, emails are not answered. I am not reading things that show this is in Chine not New York. This is fraud!

This response is b.s. Look at all the same type of complaints from 2019.

I found Original Paint By Numbers and read through their site, which seemed very reliable, so I deemed it dependable. However, I only placed my order because their website advertises taking 24-48 hours to ship from their warehouse. After only recieving a confirmation code after a few days, I emailed them and asked why I had not received a tracking number. After that happened, I got back an automated response that indicated their processes were delayed due to demand and that I will get a response from customer service in 5-7 business days. I accepted this, but then got to thinking that it should have been advertised on their website that their shipments were delayed, I was very confused because it says that they are based out of New York. After extensive research on different reviews, I became aware that their warehouses are out of China. I learned many people have had difficulty with this company and shipment, as well as refunds. I needed this package by a certain date, and took the long shipping into consideration, however, with the lack of communication, I would like to get a refund for my order. Although it was placed a week ago, the advertising for this website is very misleading and not reliable.

Placed order of $54.97 on 1//2020.
Did not receive and they told me it was the Chinese New Year and
orders were taking longer on 2//2020 and nothing since. I want my money returned and everyone to know not to order from them

I placed an order on January , 2020 with original paint by number. I never received an order number or confirmation of the order.
I have reached out to the company several times and have received no order number or tracking number. All they do is respond by asking for an order number. After I explain there is no order number they do not respond. I have tried calling the number attached to the purchase and on the website but it goes straight to a voicemail and those calls are never returned. The website says orders placed are processed and shipped within 24hours.

The response from the company is a generic response. They arent even acknowledging that the order is for me..krystal settles. They acknowledge an order for callie cargo who is the Revdex.com correspondent. The website clearly states that orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from a facility in the USA. It has now been over a month since I placed this order. And shipping information clearly shows it's coming from china! Had I know this was coming from china prior to ordering I would not have placed this order as it was a gift and is now weeks late.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Ordered Nov . Told it would take 5 to 7.business days. Emailed when it did not arrive since calling goes to voicemail and receive no return call. Told 5 to 7 days. Still nothing. Emailed again and now told 2 months. Told them to cancel and they refuse. Contact everyday to request them to cancel. Told it was sent and given tracking information which cannot be found. Told them it did not work and cancel my order refused. Asked every day for them to cancel. Refused. Tracking info with *** given. Said delivery was today. Never arrives. Now it says ***. I am still told it is being processed so not sure if the *** link is accurate or if it was even sent. I have no idea where it is and what part of the info is accurate. I ordered november *** with the thought it would be here 5 to 7.business days so would make it by Christmas. Now my babygirl will not be getting it. Ordered one like it off amazon and got it in 2 days! Horrible customer service and horrible at giving correct information and false advertising. I just want to cancel and get my money back.

I received a paint by diamond kit with order #***. It was missing 3 packages of square diamond tiles ***. I have emailed 2 times and left a phone message with them without hearing anything back over the last few weeks. The kit took 6 weeks to receive. During that time, I did have a prompt response emailed to me in about 48 hours saying to be patient, that my order was being processed.

I purchased two diamond painting kits and they charged my card but never delivered them. They sent an invalid tracking number for China mail. They do not answer requests for help via email, Facebook or phone.

I placed a order with them on march *** they charge for 5-7 day delivery on march *** my order still never showed have tried calling and e mail messages requesting a solution to this and I have never gotten a answer from them and they do not answer their phone at all I am at my wits end I have also requested a full refund by email because my order has still not been shipped out to me

I placed an order with them on February , 2019. They took my funds out of my account ($57.12) on February , 2019. As of today, 3--19 I have not received my order. I e-mailed them 5 times and have not had a reply. I called them 3 times and I was only able to leave a message and I have not heard from them. Please help me

Item I ordered was billed to my credit card but I never received my item and never received any update on shipping. I tried to contact the company but only got a message computer telling me to leave my phone number and someone will contact me. Nothing about holding on the line until a representative can get to me

I have purchased a paint by diamond piece one month ago. I have yet to receive any confirmation code. I have emailed 3 times and have not gotten am email back. I have also called and gotten no answer. The money was billed and taken out but I haven't revieved anything. I am frustrated and want some answers.

I placed 2 separate orders from this business last month (Jan *** and Jan ). I haven't received a confirmation of the paintings being
shipped and I also reached out to the support team three times but
haven't received a response either. I asked them if my order will be shipping soon and if not, could I please have a refund.

I purchased a painting from them and never recived the product or any information reguarding it ,no shipping info or anything I have emailed them repeatedly asking for a refund and they do not respond .

On January 2019 I placed and order for 4 different paint by diamond to date the order number *** states processing. The only tracking number I have is *** which send me to a China tracking system with no information. I have reached out on a couple of different occasion to get an estimated delivery date they keep telling me the order will be process in 2 to 3 days. I have asked for a full refund or the delivery date have recieved neither to date.

The tracking information for the orders may take some time to update, as the package must pass through various shipping facilities and clear customs. Customs may also hold packages for random checks when they are received from outside countries, so please do not be alarmed if you do not see your tracking information update for a couple of days.

Orders can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery once shipped. Please note there are countries where shipping takes more than 2 weeks and only has PICK UP to Post option. After the complaint was filed and after being told several times over 2 to 3 days. It took 16 days just to process the order which is to long to wait without notice. The order is currently processed at HANGZHOU EMS, CHINA as of 1//19. A New York company needs to make it clear they do not have the warehouse but ships out of China.Had I known this I would not of ordered from them. I filed the complaint as I have been scammed to many times and when they advertised form Manhattan New York but ships from China I got scared when the broken record answer was being given and I saw that the tracking number was for China. Thank you for your help

I ordered from this place did not get my thing,send out email, called.
On the of December the money was taken out of my bank $34.97 . I know it's not a lot. Not the point, I did not get any thing from them. Most the time I get email to track. I go to the Web page can not find any thing on it. I send out 4 email asked how to track my order , I still have not heard a thing. I call no answer called 3 time all different times no answer. I don't know if you track are do any thing about we'd companys. I got them of Facebook and do not won't others to be rip off from them.
