Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The responder did not witness the conversation that I had with the Sales Rep., who promised me an ad at the [redacted] ***It is fraud if the Sales Rep says things that contradict the contract, thus I have elevated my complaint to the appropriate regulatory bodies.The company never responded to my multiple emails, thus I emailed the Revdex.comTracy confirmed that my emails had been received, and that she had forwarded them to the appropriate people.The last response to the Revdex.com says that my ad was placed in another propertyI have never received a copy or communication that my ad went liveIf the company wants to put my ad in the [redacted] (same location as the [redacted] ***), I would be ok with thatWhat date will it go live?Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:We seem to be going in circles hereAs I previously stated, the sales rep that represents this business clearly lied to meThe company had more than ample time to respond to me before I contacted the Revdex.com, but they chose not toThis demonstrates what kind of company they areThey can place my ad in the *** ***They need to send me the artwork for review/revisionThey have stated that my ad is currently in another hotelThey need to send me a copy of that book (digitally is fine)As they have yet to do thatYes, they can include me in the other properties also. Thank youI believe this issue has been resolved

As per my previous correspondence, we have a valid agreement with the *** ***AttachedWe purchased this contract from another company on April 17, Per term of the attached advertiser's agreement, client agreed to all terms, including term E, where N.A.D.Sreserves the right to transfer this advertising to the nearest available location in the event the above closes or becomes unavailable as location for placement.Per our conversations, with the property, we feel the *** *** (soon to be *** ***) is still an available location.Once again, client bought in two properties: Villas at *** ***, already delivered to property and in place; as well as the *** ***.Fraud is not the way we do business, we take mention of that term very strongly, and to remedy the situation we are offering the following two solutions:Refund of $since one of the two properties is currently not in placeOnce again, we have been contact with the property and intend to publish a book for this location, where a Rodeway or ***.Placement in other properties we do in *** ***, **: *** *** ***; *** ***; and *** *** *** * ***

Client purchased an ad in the [redacted] and [redacted]. After we sold the project, the [redacted] informed us they were changing names and to hold off on printing. As per our contract with the client, if a property changes names, we will put the publication in the rooms...

once the property gets us back a proof.[redacted], our contact at the property, informed us on 9/15/2016 that she would be getting us the new information soon. Situations with property name changes occur often and we always fulfill the contract.We have every intention of fulfilling our contract with the client. We also do other hotels in the area and would be willing to offer the client exposure at no charge if the client so desires and to appease the situation.  Properties in [redacted], **  include the following [redacted]s/hotels:  [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].

Appreciate the client's email but a little confused. I have email correspondence back and forth with a [redacted], front desk manager, on Oct. 1 as well as numerous emails back and forth on June 15, 2015 between [redacted] and myself. Marc P[redacted] the representative had reached out to the client on July 8 but...

never heard back.  I had offered to do the inserts and binders for freeper an email on Oct. 1st to [redacted] but never heard back. Our remedy on the situation was to provide the binders and inserts for free in exchange for the room nightseven though we didn't secure enough sponsors. Hopefully that is an applicable solution and the client is satisfied with this response. We have the information and I can get together a proof and order the binders once I confirm from client what colors, materials they want.

At the time of the sales rep's visit, the [redacted] was the property we were selling. Situations come up where properties change names, that is why we have the terms in the advertiser's agreement as stated to in the last correspondence as given to the client.  I see no mention of anything in the contract that contradicts what was sold to the client.We have ever intention of honoring the agreement with the [redacted] but we have no time frame on when they will get the changes in or when we are going to print. That is why we offered two options: refund of $497.50 and we can resend a copy of the [redacted] which client's ad appeared in. Also, placement in 3 other properties we do in [redacted] to appease the situation for now. 3 other properties in [redacted] got to print in November/December range.I would need an address to send the copy of the [redacted] and also if the above is feasible for the client.
