Never order from them again.
This is the third time I have attempted to order a product from them. On these last three occasions, I placed my order and they told me the product was on backorder. On all occasions, I attempted to use customer reward points for the purchase. After several months of the products never coming in and no date of anticipation, I cancelled each order. This last time was a simple steering wheel. After several months and again no anticipation date, I called to check on status. I again was told still not date. I then asked about my rewards as they were set to expire after I placed the order but now past the date. They told me I lost my rewards points because they were not used, though it was not fault of mine they couldn't supply my order. I have ordered from them for over 7 years and used them to restore two GM muscle cars. They would not work with me on my rewards and over the last few years can never seem to get in the parts for my cars. What made it worse, I was able to get two of my orders from the local auto parts place in stock same day! There is no reason for me to even try to order from them. I will find another company to order my classic car parts.

Resolution for complaint [redacted] We agreed to accept a return of the products purchased by our customer We have removed the reference to instructions for this item from our web page, and will remove this reference from all future print catalogs as new editions allow for the change to avoid recurrence of this incident Contacted customer and e-mailed installation instructions for product as described in the complaint referenced above Customer responded to our e-mail and agreed these would be helpful Customer is now satisfied and will not be returning product Attached are the instructions delivered to the customer via e-mail Thank you for your assistance in this matter Best regards [redacted] Original Parts Group Inc

Our Customer Service Team worked diligently to get the part and get it to the customer He has the replacement part for his car See attached communication to me from our CS Manager I also spoke with the Sales Support Supervisor and he had already been in contact multiple times to help the customer
