I ordered clothing for a birthday present and paid next day shipping so it would get here in time. One week later, I get a tracking number that says it won't be here until NEXT WEEK. I call customer service to find out what's going on, and the guy was just so unfriendly and so rude, interrupting me constantly. He basically says "yeah, we messed up" and offers to refund me the extra I paid on shipping and a half-hearted apology. That's it. It's too late to go order a new gift, and now Im stuck without a birthday present for my husband. I will never, ever, order from this company again. Save your money and go with a business who will actually do as promised.
