I was contacted from a debt department from this company todayHer name was Emily, from the lousiana officeI have recently been diagnosed as a schizophrenic which has made dealing with finances difficult the past few weeks as trying to find the right medication that worksWhen I tryed explaining this to her she continued with threats and was quite disrespectfulI understand this mental health issues is my problem and does not excuse me of any debts but this is a very unprofessional way to handle businessThey are proper protocols for dealing with customers that have certain disabilitysI do not reccommend a company who is willing to treat mental health customers in such a way
