I ordered Christmas presents for by kids in October 2020 with an 8-15 week estimated ship time. I still haven't gotten my order nearly two years later and every email is responded to the same "we will do it when we feel like it" Check reviews everywhere and they are all just like this. Tons of complaints on better business bureau too. Fraud at best, but just feels like plan theft.

I placed an order for my son on Black Friday 2014 and one year later still have not received it. I emailed the owner in Dec. 2014 about the order and he blamed me for not reading the fine print because the product had a "no ETA". I wrote back numerous times, he was rude and kept telling me I should have read the fine print. He even told me he was going to talk about me on his YouTube breakfast morning blog, which he did. I emailed him on Black Friday this year asking for a refund since it'd been a year. Because I didn't have the order number he refused a refund. I asked for him to look it up because he did it last Dec. but he didn't respond. I believe the order was for $177.00 which is a lot to pay for a product that I never received. Business charged for service and exceeded promised delivery date by over 8 weeks. Failed to deliver part of order. I ordered a belt and a pouch from this company on November 30, 2015. They charged my credit card immediately following the order. They advertised my order would ship within 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks had transpired, I contacted them multiple times to have the order modified and to receive an update on when I could expect shipment. On April 4, 2016 I submitted an email via there website again, only this time I forwarded a copy to the business owner's direct address. I wanted to cancel my order since I had not heard from anyone in 20 weeks and was beginning to doubt they would ship my product. John responded with an incredibly hostile and vulgar email. Part of my order shipped soon thereafter. One item came and I was credited with a gift card for the other. I specifically asked for a refund. I do not want a gift card. It suggests ordering from them again and after the insulting treatment I received and being hung out to dry for 20 weeks with no update on my order, I simply want my money back. The gift card is for $55. I would like that amount refunded to my credit card. The Tennessee Code §47-18-504(a) mandates that consumers receive a refund should the business fail to deliver on a product. Their "no refund" policy shouldn't be an excuse to leave customers uniformed for nearly 20 weeks and treated poorly, only to be given credit to shop with them again.Desired SettlementI would like the 55 dollars refunded for the product they failed to deliver. I do not want a gift card that suggests I should purchase from their website again.

unprofessional business practices.On April 5 2015 I went on to SOE website to purchase (1) combat ck, (1) Vehicle visor cover and (1) dec low profile belt w/out velcro lining. Order #XXXXX totaling $127.00. I understood and excepted that on their site it says to allow up to 12 weeks for delivery. Around June 15th I sent an inquiry email on the status of that order and after three days had not received a response, so I sent another email stating their unprofessionalism, after which I immediately received a rude and vulgar response. I have saved the email.Desired SettlementFor a business I think this type of attitude is un-called for and was warranted. Their business license should be revoked, so that no one else may have to go thru this. ... at least not from SOE.

Ordered shotgun rig on 11/27/2014; still has yet to be delivered. Order #XXXXX was placed on 11/27/2014 with an endeavor to complete the order within 6 weeks. 60 weeks later their is no delivery and the only update from [redacted] is IT IS IN BOLD LETTERS ON THE WEBSITE. Well, it also states 6-8 weeks on there, with some extension for custom orders(etc) ....this was a basic rig, the first week of dec they custom made a camo shotgun rig Could have spent that time building something that had been paid for over a year prior. Paid via paypal, if issue continues to be unresolved by March 30 will be filing wire fraud charges with camden PDDesired SettlementRefund of payment.

I have had two orders open with SOE for over 11 months that have not been fulfilled and I have been refused a refund. I placed an online order with originalsoegear.com in August of 2014. During that time, a sale was going on and it was listed that there would be no ETA given on ship dates for the items ordered. I placed an order assuming that this ship date would be extended from the normal 6-8 weeks on out to maybe 6-8 months. I waited patiently, and then after months had passed with no word on shipment, I began to inquire as to when my gear would be made. I received responses that echoed that there is no ETA on the item. After waiting for longer than what I thought was reasonable, I began to request a refund, to which I was offered a gift card of my purchase price. Being as I did not want to continue business with this company, I did not want this. I wanted to just have my money returned and be on my way. I have requested this many times, and am receiving the same response. No refunds. In the meantime while I was waiting, I foolishly placed an order for another piece of gear that has since been 11 months with no word on shipment. I have email chains that I could forward to the proper party that has all of the dates and emails included, as well as the order description and purchase price. I paid for both of these orders with capital one credit card. I've done business with SOE several times and never had a problem. His website states a waiting period and give clear simple instructions on ordering things such as belts. I received all items within the waiting period and had no problems with accuracy. All items were of excellent quality and were built exactly as described. ","pos-1
