have offered you a discounted rate for the removal for your misunderstanding our removal and reinstallation fees . We cannot give you a refund for a starter that you traded in with your vehicle for a few reasons 1) YOU HAVE NONTHING IN WRITING STATING A FREE 1 TIME REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  2)YOU HAVE NEVER HAD ANY WARRANTY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE REMOTE STARTER FOR THE LIFE TIME THAT YOU OWNED THE VEHICLE 3)YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT ANYMORE.We install thousands of remotes systems evey year we have hundreds of our customer come back to take advantage of our removal and reinstallation services.
