Review: I ordered Baby Shower Invitations from the online website, originalsbyerin.com on Oct. *, 2013 by credit card. It is now almost November and I have still have yet to receive my order of invitations, proofs, or a response e-mail. Not only did the website promise a 48 hour turn around but on the order tracking it say's that the invitations haven't even been produced. I tried e-mailing the business about my order and tried e-mailing to cancel and refund my order but I still haven't gotten a response. The business phone doesn't accept voice mails, so a returned phone call is not guarantee either.Desired Settlement: I just want my $48.00 refunded to me, and I would hope that this website would be shut down if the business is no longer running so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Review: On October **th, **13. I ordered from [redacted] Labels #[redacted] from Originals By Erin http://www.originalsbyerin.com/ Order ID [redacted]. for the amount of 10.95. These funds cleared my account on 9/**/**13. I never received my order, so contacted the shop by their contact link on their website as well as Facebook message on October [redacted] and [redacted]. On October [redacted], I said I would turn this into The Revdex.com and finally received a response saying there was no tracking available and she would re-ship. On October **th, I advised I still had not received the product and no response. I also contacted today, 10/**/2013 with no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of 10.95.
