Review: I received a gift and it was the incorrect gift. I returned it and on the slip entered my cc information to pay the difference which would be 1.50 ish. Well this morning, I have a 24.83 charge from Mac that I did not authorize. I call and i'm told that because it was an exchange they refunded the original credit card (which isn't mine since it's a gift) and then charged me the full amount. SO I'M PRETTY MUCH PAYING FOR MY OWN GIFT! That is the most ridiculous thing ever. AND then a supervisor tells me they will have to manually credit my account and then I have to re purchase the item. I sent the item back over a week ago, I know have to wait for my account to be refunded the 24.86 and wait for them to manually adjust my card and repurchase the item. THIS was a gift! It's absolutely ridiculous that I'm having to go through this. I love the brand so much, but constantly have so many issues. I had issues with receiving damaged product, so I stopped ordering online and buy in store now. I didn't authorize the 24.86 and even though it's being refunded, it's illegal to charge a customer something they did not authorize. I will be contacting the Revdex.com to file a complaint. I'm not happy...I have to go through all of this because of someones mistake that they didn't see it was a gift exchange. I know have an overdraft fee which I have to pay for as well. One lipstick ended up costing me 59.86. Thanks Mac for ruining yet another experience for me.Desired Settlement: I want something to be done in compensation for this ridiculous issue.

Review: I'm so disappointed in Mac right now I have been a Mac user for years I've never had an issue like this I drove one hour away just to get into a mac pro store to drive one hour back and find this .... I went into the Mac store I was greeted by a sales representative I started to shop I spent about $483 and change I do make up and hair on a day-to-day basis so when I go to the Mac store I spend a lot... When I got home to do swatches unbeknownst to me I noticed that all the lipsticks that I bought looked as if they were used !!!! I'm on sure if these were the testers or if they have melted or what happened to them but I'm highly disappointed I spent two hours out of my day to go to a pro store to get this!!! Also my mac pro studio was cracked Shake my head just crazy!!! I went back into the store the next day with all of my merchandise and I explained to the woman I didn't have my receipt because I didn't plan on bringing it back I never do long story short I drove another two hours for nothing because I could not make an exchange at all so what did I do I went home and dispose of all of my lipsticks that I bought including my studio finish. Definitely lost a good customer!Desired Settlement: I don't even know I'm just very upset to have wasted my time and my money

Review: Received defective face treatment lotion with worm inside. Contacted customer service but didn't get any reply yet.

I placed an order #[redacted] on December [redacted] to purchase the [redacted] for Originsâ?¢ Mega-Mushroom Skin Relief Soothing Treatment Lotion in size 6.7 fl. oz./200 ml. Total amount of the order is $21.77. Order was delivered on Dec [redacted]. The product has a manufacturing date of B93. When I first used it on Dec [redacted], a dead worm came out from the bottle. I was scared about the quality of the product so I immediately stopped using it. I called the customer service but was informed it only opens between 9am-5pm, which is also my working time. I emailed customer service the same day about the problem. One day after on Dec. [redacted], I didn't receive any reply so I tried to contact customer service through livechat. The assistant helped me named [redacted]. She couldn't help me with the problem and ask me to call, which I can't because of work schedule conflict. I waited again for two days for the customer service email, but haven't received any reply yet. It is clear that the product has defects.Desired Settlement: I hereby request a call back from the customer service regarding the problem and a refund for the full amount of the order.
