In November or December 2025, I purchased a handbag from Orijin Culture. To date, I have made four purchases from this company. After my most recent purchase, I attempted to initiate a return but was unable to reach anyone by email or telephone.

After posting a negative review, I was contacted by a representative named Jamal. I explained that I wished to return the item in order to purchase a more expensive handbag. I was provided with a return label and promptly mailed the item back.

Since returning the handbag, I have not received a refund, nor have I been able to successfully contact anyone at Orijin Culture regarding the status of my return. At this point, I have paid for a purse that I no longer have in my possession.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of follow-through. While I genuinely like the products offered, this experience has significantly impacted my trust, and it is unlikely that I will make future purchases from Orijin Culture.

My medical doctor daughter and my Ph.D. son recently gave me a Black Orijin Culture bag for my 70th BDay. I personally do not shop on line because I need to touch and feel before purchase. This bag represents the worst leather (real leather) bag ever for me having made local & international leather purchases which I personally touched. I Iied and told my children they did good. I lied! I would never buy such an unleather bag at leather prices. The best part of my BDay was my daughter's fly-in from the west coast. [email protected]
