Called Orin 1st thing Saturday morning, returned our call within minutesHe was out of state but had someone else contact usthey were willing to come out on Sunday but my husband refused, Monday would be fineNo one needs to work on a Sunday if they don't have tooShowed up Monday as plannedthey are still working as I type but have promised water today : )

We have been without water for almost a week Orin never showed up or called I phoned him three times, twice personally talked to him and once left message I've waited two whole days in a house where I can't use water waiting for him to call like he said he would I know folks in this business can be busy, but to not call and let the customer know what the status of their appointment is for something as vital as running water is unacceptable He may be talented and knowledgeable about wells, but he is terrible about customer service
