Orin's Well Drilling

We have been without water for almost a week. Orin never showed up or called. I phoned him three times, twice personally talked to him and once left message. I've waited two whole days in a house where I can't use water waiting for him to call like he said he would. I know folks in this business can be busy, but to not call and let the customer know what the status of their appointment is for something as vital as running water is unacceptable. He may be talented and knowledgeable about wells, but he is terrible about customer service.
