We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted]. Made an appiontment with him to inspect the pool table. upon inspection of the pool table, our technician found that the pool table was moved by Mr. [redacted], or someone else after the initial install that was done by ([redacted].). Mr. [redacted] has Voided his warrenty, due to the moving of the pool table.The tears in the cloth he refers to were caused by impropper storage of the balls in the pockets. This causees stress and wear on the cloth.
Orion Billiards & Games L.L.C. Will be Steping up and Replace the cloth and relevel the pool table. Service will be done on Wed Jan 29, 2014.
