I purchased a printer in Decand received it mid-Jan The printer didn't work properly from Day I contacted them numerous times and they are completely unresponsive to my emails, phone calls When I finally got through to Mike Tirakis, he stated that they are not connected to the Internet and therefore cannot process the replacement/return until the Internet is back up and running How can they be in business if they don't have Internet for over a month!! Very frustrating I would imagine they are out of business nowso do not buy from them or you will be stuck with the last of their unworking inventory!!

In a nutshell, we purchased Dell Laser printers from Orion to lease to our business customerWhen our client initially complained that the printers were not working (features not working, printing issues, etc), we contacted Telly - the owner or general manager - who said he would fix the issues or replace the printersDespite his repeated claims that he fixed the issues by connecting to the printers remotely and changing the software settings, the issues persistedAnd the client kept complainingThis continued for monthsThen the client cancelled their contract and got new printers from someone else
When the issues started recurring, I contacted Telly myself and requested replacement printers and he told me that this particular model was old and not very reliable and he tried to talk me into different, cheaper modelsI tol
